Magic Mirror Photo Booth Rental FAQ

The Magic Mirror is our full-length, touch-screen “Mirror Mirror” photo booth. Guests are greeted with animations, pose, sign their photo on screen and share it instantly by text or email.

Absolutely! Every event is different, so we’re happy to mix and match booth time, prints and add-ons to fit your celebration and your budget. Just reach out and tell us what you have in mind.

Every booking comes with a friendly on-site attendant, setup and breakdown, and a digital gallery of your photos. Magic Mirror packages include props and a custom overlay. The 2-hour digital package is digital only; the unlimited-prints package adds 4×6 postcard-size prints, and you can add prints to the digital package. Longer events are available. Pricing is on request: get your custom quote. Inclusions vary by package.

We serve Tampa Bay and Central Florida, including Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Lakeland, Winter Haven, Orlando and the surrounding areas. Not sure if we come to you? Ask!

You can book any time, even last minute, as long as your date is available. Popular dates, especially weekends and the holiday season, fill quickly, so earlier is better.

Payment must be made in full before we depart for your event setup. Payments are processed securely online through Square.

Travel is free within 40 miles of Tampa (50 miles with the Diamond package). Beyond that, mileage is billed at the current GSA rate, and we’ll always share it upfront before you book.

Yes! The Magic Mirror works great indoors and outdoors. For outdoor events we need a flat, level surface, access to power, and cover from direct sun and rain. The Magic Mirror needs a minimum of 8×8 ft (10×10 ft preferred) plus a standard outlet.

Yes. We can provide your venue with a certificate of insurance (COI). Just send us their requirements when you book.

We don’t offer a 360 booth. If you were considering one, we recommend the Magic Mirror: it’s interactive, elegant in the room, and guests can take home a printed keepsake with the print package.

Florida weather loves to keep us guessing! For outdoor events, we ask for a covered or indoor backup spot. If conditions become unsafe for guests or equipment, we’ll work with you to move the booth somewhere sheltered.

We sure do! From office holiday parties to brand activations, we can add your logo to every photo and video and help your event stand out.
